As always the folks at Franklin come through with a winner. I contacted my sales agent Ajay that I was in the market for a 1500 with V8 as I needed the towing power. In no time, the team at Franklin had several viable options and all with great rates and prices. As I’ve purchased from them multiple times, they knew where I wanted to be in the deal. Closed the deal the day I was given the numbers and continue to get great support from them all. Hats off to a great Franklin Chevrolet team!!!
Excellent customer service from Mr. Victor. He was extremely patient, courteous and kind during my auto repair that was delayed due to shipping of parts. Mr. Victor consistently communicated to confirm any additional needs and charges in advance. I will definitely return to for any of rental needs.
Quick service, very trustworthy, and above and beyond professionalism. I worked with Paul in the Service Department to get some work done on my Chevy. He was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed the same day. I would trust them with any future repairs and won't take my car anywhere else!
It took 2 1/2 hours for them to run a diagnostic check for two items, where I told them what was wrong before I even made the appointment. Charged $99.95 for that. The prices to fix the two items were high. The parts recommended were about 50% more than those at Advance or Auto Zone. I asked how long the repairs would take but haven’t heard back so I don’t know if the $500 estimate for labor is on target or too high.
Service team here at Franklin GMC in Pooler were straight forward in helping me replace my transmission harness, thermostat and sensor. Which fixed all the shifting problems I was having. Pricing was fair and the team was great! I will return here in the future for any more of my service needs for my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup. Thank you.
Top notch service dept...I always get the date & time I request to get my vehicle serviced. They drive me to a restaurant or store (of my choosing) & pick me up & take me back to the car lot when I call them. I usually have a nice, leisurely lunch with a family member or friend while they service the vehicle. The driver is always courteous & professional. It is because of this quality of service that I travel 60 miles to Franklin (where I purchased my vehicle) to get my vehicle serviced, rather than use the one nearest my home. Kudos to the Franklin team! 🎉
A part waa ordered for the concern I was experiencing. However, I waited over two hours. There was no consultation or updates provided by the service advisor (Marie or Janet) during my wait. The receipt advised that a recall item was addressed. I had to ask the service advisor about what was going on with my vehicle after I checked out.
I received a text message when I arrived. Updates should be provided via text or face to face. Training may be required. If I had not sought her out, I would not have been provided a response about my service visit ; other than a print out at the cashier's window.

I just wanted to express how pleased I am with my service with Franklin Chevrolet. I had some issues with my car that would’ve been a loss if I didn’t bring it in when I did. Lenora was absolutely phenomenal and a huge gem for this company. She kept me in the loop and even called me as soon as she had ANY updates (took about a week simply because of extended warranty company). She was very honest with me and I’m so glad I listened to her and the service tech suggestions. Everyone was so kind down to Kelly who I made my appointment with, the cashier, and the tech who retrieved my car for me after payment. They were upfront with the price and I paid exactly what I was told, no surprises. I purchased my vehicle back in 2017 at a neighboring Chevrolet and to be completely honest, it runs even better than when I initially purchased it. I could not be more grateful for your team and all of their work! Thank you!
